<text>This paper analyzes retrospectively the decisions that the directors took on to hold and propose in 1992, after the creation of the Social Comunication ́s career which was built when the neoliberalism proclaims the reduction of the State and the University Education. The career plan is not theoretical, however it includes a solid basic training. It aims to train professionals to diagnose problems and to intervene in the search for solutions. The communication and the journalism have wide scope because they don ́t propose only to the mass media as the exclusive field for the activity of a communicator. It describes the challenges and the accomplishments of the Department of Communication Sciences: The organization of the IV National Conference of Researchers in Communication that took place in August 1999; the production of special events to present tributes to characters of popular culture in the province; the presentation and exchange of the activities of teaching, research and extension developed from our Faculty through the organization of the first JORPCOM (Congress of Journalism and Communication); the first edition of the electronics Magazine called "Confluence and Borders" in 2001.It stresses that it is an ongoing activity to create a relationship between the career, his teachers, students with the social actors who live in the city and in the province of Jujuy. Finally it references to the activity of research about the origins of the career.</text>

<text>The expansion of cable television networks in the province of Jujuy registers intense activity from its origins to the present. The income of operators and the dispute over the market in the most densely populated cities must be added to the increasing territorial coverage.

The aim of this paper is to demonstrate how such development consolidates a business model in the field of television by physical link and how these logics guide decisions of providers. In the transition between the old radio legal framework and Law 26.522, a series of business moves between cable operators with interests in the cities of San Pedro and Libertador General San Martin have generated. The Nortelevisa-Channel 2 firm will be analyzed as a particular case, which expanded its primary activity in the capital of Jujuy to a geographically strategic area because of its population density. Also we realize the incursion of a telephone cooperative into cable TV, which is unprecedented in our province, favored by the distribution of licenses in thirds between the commercial sector, the civil society and the State, predicted under the Audiovisual Communication Services Law.Finally we will characterize the corporate positioning strategies, describing their characteristics and some challenges that are product of metamorphosis that can be foreseen in the television system as a whole.</text>

Crossed by a series of debates inherent in the social sciences, this field cannot be thought apart from another set of extrinsic debates of political discussions and historical and materials conditions of every moment of its tradition. This article reviews the context path, in which some milestones that explain the birth of Viator, an academic journal of communication from the edges, are identified. At first we address the different transformations and the institutionalization of the field of communication in Argentina and Jujuy. We focus on aspects related to the creation of the career of Social Communication, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (UNJu), in which intervened Anibal Ford, who, along with other thinkers of communication, defined its curriculum. Also we advance on the current state of affairs of the career. We present a series of new problems and perspectives of communication addressing the main productions of our career at the National University of Jujuy. Finally, it highlights the reasons why we developed Viator, a space for discussion and debate in the field of communication with the perspective of frontier.</text>

<text>By the times in which the imposed social structures were strongly questioned, Ernesto Aguirre, Javier Soto y Saúl Solano starred a local radio communicative offer which tried to go along with those compulsive times of change. The radio program “Habitantes del Sol” was not only a show broadcasted by Jujuy’s National Radio during the seventies because, at the same time, it turned out to be a meeting space of in which its listeners, mostly young people who loved rock and poetry as a cultural expression of that period of time. Within the context of a dictatorial regime, public media was strictly monitored as well as public speech and opinions broadcasted. The radio show “Habitantes del Sol” could trespass those limitations and discourse prohibitions emerging as an alternative and uncompromising point of view against what was being imposed as the general way of thinking. This paper intends to overview radial experiences in dictatorial times. The reconstruction of those practices is valuable in order to present an outlook of what military intervention in public media – in this case Jujuy’s National Radio - was; and how, without intending to or being entirely aware of, they could find fissures in the authoritarian State. Rebuilding from remembering the sixties and seventies in Jujuy and taking into consideration young people’s endeavors in cultural spaces, allows to recollect those ideas, emotions and deeds which, in spite of being from the past, can still rearrange the present.</text>

<text>This article starts from the hypothesis that the radio constitutes a cultural product that – during the years 1940 and 1955 –shaped the perception which the audiences built from it, translated into “radio memories”, and that it also took part in the formation of the national identity of the listeners in Jujuy of those times.Such statement is founded, firstly, by the conception of media that recognizes them as true institutions which consist of several dimensions: political, economic, historical, social and cultural. Second, identity is defined as a social and historical construction constantly revised by the relationship with other/s; it is the result of negotiations and interchanges of meanings, which provide sense to practice. In the third place, it is acknowledged that the mentors of the political project of nation approached it – aware of the technical possibilities which the radio could grant and its great potential in propaganda – as a channel capable of reaching the country with a nationalistic and integrating message. Finally, it’s worth mentioning that this work is supported by the memories of listeners who resided in the province of Jujuy during the period of 1940 – 1955. According to J. Martín-Barbero2 (p.200) , memory constitutes the matter of “what we are made of” and that it can be referred to as cultural.</text>

About this, the private corporate finance campaign becomes increasingly a public issue, although the vast majority of current representatives of main political parties insist on ignoring, resisting social change. released by "Movimento de Combate à Corrupção Eleitoral" (MCCE) - a social moviment to combat the electoral corruption - in 2014. Unions, students, and business and other groups are part of the project.

In fact, in many cases, they define the daily lives of people and how they share the place in the world. However, its current use does not always contribute to a real dialogue between equals, because they cause more interrupted exchange, than a true "common place". Only from communication was possible that groups of people organize themselves in what we call now call society. For this it was necessary to put persons, whose existence is defined by a body which occupies a place in the space and is crossed by sexuality and language. From this perspective, this article aims to discuss the role played by ICT (and especially of some the most used apps) in real communication. Its necccesary not to forget that even when they are necessary, they have to be treat as tools to generate a dialogue, because our existence and sociability, in the deeply sense, does not depend on them, but it is charge to that body we call mine.</text>

<text>The main objective of this paper is to analyze the meanings that students from the Educational Sciences Degree assigned to their experiences with digital collaborative practices during their first two years studies (2013 and 2014)The data collection techniques used was individual and group questionnaires applied at different times of their studies. In the data analysis is considered coding operations, classification and comparison of discourse analysis (Sayago, 2014).The theoretical framework articulates contributions of biology knowledge posed by the biological matrix of a collaborative culture (Maturana, 2000), with the sociological theory of Rifkin (2014) which speaks of the paradigm of collaborative commons from the Internet of things and finally, the proposal of Lundwall (2000) on how web 2.0 applications favor a learning sharing. The findings realize the construction of two networks of meaning in the speeches of students. The first network of meanings is associated with the presence of collaborative work with certain emotions. The second network of senses believes that social groups and work in them are places where you can share knowledge, thoughts and attitudes.</text>

<text>This paper seeks to highlight certain ruptures between a media discourse applied to Sandro’s fans and what they perceive media says about them; focused on the practice of “throwing panties” to their idol during the concerts. Through the approach of newspaper and magazines articles and in-depth interviews of fans, the objective is to propose inconsistencies in a speech that is generated and circulates trough the communication platforms. Which allows to observe a mounted prejudice on certain hierarchies that these fans found erroneous; because for them, throwing intimate garments to the stage constitute a deviant practice of allowed eroticism, and therefore, for the hegemonic pattern on the “must being” of an “adult” woman. For these women, this paradigm of «misplaced eroticism» becomes a «stigma» but not a characteristic element in relation to their identity as fans.</text>

<text>The transition to the digital paradigm in the Argentine film industry has redefined not only the production field but also has radically transformed the exhibition and distribution activities. This migration to new formats and standards was adopted much later in the last two sectors because of the strong debate between manufacturers of virgin tape (laboratories) and the new players that emerged with the digitization of the sector (integrators, equipment manufacturers, software producers). The digitalization program of the INCAA theatres and the new patterns of film consumption (Internet) have redefined the landscape of the exhibition, especially because of the rise of new players and platforms (ODEON and Netflix, among others) and the requirement of VTF payment (Virtual Print Fee) to producers. The high concentration of the exhibition sector, controlled by the majors, and the lack of resources for marketing and promoting by some producers are just some of the structural problems that inhibit the generation of new factories of independent production -from the cheapening of costs associated with digital in some projects– to have as a correlation a wide and massive distribution.</text>
