<text>In the fields of health care and communication, the widespread habit has been and still is to speak of "models." The informational model for its view of communication as a unidirectional transmission of information, opposing it to semiotic models and communication models as production of meaning, the orchestral model of Palo Alto, the massive and interpersonal models, to the edu-communication model and many other models. In the field of health care, we will mainly mention the discussion that in recent years has put a so-called “hospital-centric” or health services-centered model in tension versus a “people-centered” model. These discussions that took place in various spaces (academic, professional, etc.) were interrupted by the appearance of the Coronavirus around the world. In this article we will present a reflection on: the care and communication models and the impact that the COVID 19 pandemic has had on them; the way it reconfigures relationships within health organizations; and in relation to the need to rethinkthe modes of communication between health workers and with patients and users of the system after the outbreak of the pandemic.</text>

<text>This work collects some opinions on the inflection knots that the teaching experience presents at the university level, from the implementation of the virtual modality as part of a series of measures of Preventive and Compulsory Social Isolation (ASPO) and Preventive Social Distancing Mandatory (DISPO) taken by the Argentine national government, within the framework of the health emergency product of the Covid-19 pandemic.
A kind of "first impressions" are described, more encouraged by the anxiety of the questions that do not find closed answers, than by the certainties. Impressions surely skewed by the lack of temporal distance in relation to what is being addressed.
Based on a look at the teaching role during the current year, issues such as: the improvisation of pedagogical strategies to adapt to virtuality, the blurring of some of the roles of the institution, the overload of care work and Precarious work. But also other aspects anchored to subjectivity, such as the longing for the presence of bodies and the interaction with others in the educational public space, the fatigue and loneliness that teachers face in the face of the reality of the camera turned off of our students. All of which prompts us to rethink the classroom device in its entirety, at least as it was conceived until now.</text>

Exercising citizenship through ICT is the first challenge we face, knowing that not all Salta youth have access to computers, cell phones and access to connectivity. Therefore, we intend to provide some lines of approach to understand this current moment from the technological mediations and digital gaps, from non-instrumental perspectives and situated in the here and now of the Salta youth.</text>

In particular, it focuses on the different narrative plots that make up these productions and how their filmmakers have managed to address a social problem including both analog and digital media to achieve the democratization of said cultural productions with the aim of achieving access to documentaries from different sectors of society and thus generate a greater social impact.
To visualize this approach and analyze, in addition, what has been the influence of new ways of communicating in the particular genre, the analysis model was applied to a documentary with transmedia characteristics, it is El Feriante: A history of the possible ( 2017).
The proposed analysis model aims to explore the impact of the convergence processes of the contemporary era in the field of documentary productions. It also seeks to account for the strengths of these narratives and what are the strategies used to achieve interaction with users or to generate a commitment to the story.</text>

</text>
