La necesidad de esta Ley en los adolescentes es de gran importancia para evitar los embarazos no intencionales, abortos clandestinos, infecciones de transmisión sexual, mortalidad materna, deserción escolar entre otras problemáticas emergentes. En los últimos tiempos la salud sexual y reproductiva para los adolescentes fue trabajada desde la Educación Sexual Integral, la cual fue declarada en forma obligatoria en las escuelas, sin embargo, el aislamiento social obligatorio provoco el cierre de las instituciones educativas. Aunque el dictado de las materias se dio en forma virtual, se perdió el enriquecimiento del conocimiento que se da en la forma presencial, por lo cual resulta importante trabajar la Salud Sexual y Reproductiva desde diferentes instituciones mediante talleres o espacios donde los adolescentes pueden interactuar de manera virtual con profesionales en el tema. En este poblado residen aproximadamente 276 personas entre niños, jóvenes y adultos, su principal actividad económica es la agricultura y ganadería, complementado en algunos casos con un trabajo informal. La mano de obra de esta zona es de tipo familiar no asalariada. Para ello, se tomó como caso la Escuela Agrotécnica N° 12 de la localidad de El Fuerte, pueblo que se encuentra distante de los grandes centros urbanos, donde hay una escuela primaria y secundaria, a la que asisten jóvenes de la comunidad y de localidades cercanas. Este paraje se encuentra entre las laderas del Cerro Centinela y las Serranías de Santa Bárbara, lo cual configuran un paisaje totalmente rural con un escenario geográfico incomparable, en el marco de las yungas jujeñas.
