Se buscó analizar cómo se construyen las representaciones sociales sobre obesidad y salud, visibilizando los sentidos que los sujetos otorgan a sus experiencias corporales, alimentarias y emocionales, y tensionando los discursos normativos presentes en el dispositivo de atención integral. Objetivos: El objetivo general consistió en analizar cómo se construyen las representaciones sociales sobre obesidad y salud en los adultos que participan en la estrategia sanitaria interdisciplinaria, para comprender sus efectos en las prácticas, discursos e intervenciones en salud. Los objetivos específicos incluyeron identificar significados, tensiones, estigmas y formas de discriminación presentes en esas representaciones, y comprender su influencia en la vivencia subjetiva, las decisiones institucionales y las prácticas profesionales. Metodología: Se adoptó un enfoque cualitativo, descriptivo e interpretativo. Se realizaron 20 entrevistas semiestructuradas y análisis de registros documentales. El corpus se sistematizó a partir de categorías emergentes como estigma, normalización, autogestión y diversidad corporal. Resultados: Los hallazgos revelaron que la obesidad es vivida de manera ambivalente: para muchos constituye una limitante en la vida social, laboral y personal, mientras que otros no la reconocen como enfermedad y reproducen discursos de aceptación corporal. Se identificaron estigmas y discriminación que afectan la salud mental y emocional, generando aislamiento social. Asimismo, se constató que el discurso médico institucional, centrado en el peso, entra en tensión con los saberes cotidianos, invisibilizando necesidades que no se reducen al tamaño corporal. La estrategia interdisciplinaria se presenta como un espacio de contención y resignificación, aunque persisten desafíos vinculados a la autoestima y la promoción comunitaria. Conclusión: La investigación confirma que las representaciones sociales influyen en las prácticas de cuidado y en las intervenciones sanitarias. Su resignificación requiere un enfoque interdisciplinario y educativo que valore la diversidad, fortalezca la autoestima y promueva hábitos saludables desde la participación activa de los sujetos. Este proyecto de investigación se centró en analizar los efectos del estrés laboral en los hábitos alimentarios de los policías de la Unidad Regional Siete de la provincia de Jujuy. Se buscó reconocer cómo el estrés influyó en sus patrones de alimentación y las consecuencias en su salud integral. Objetivos: El objetivo principal fue indagar los efectos del estrés laboral en los hábitos alimentarios de los policías de la Unidad Regional Siete e identificar patrones de alimentación y sus repercusiones en su salud. Entre los objetivos específicos se incluyó explorar el impacto emocional y psicológico del estrés laboral y cómo repercutió en los hábitos alimentarios, describir las prácticas alimentarias y las experiencias personales en el contexto del estrés laboral, y medir la relación entre el nivel de estrés laboral y la calidad de la alimentación. Metodología: El estudio utilizó una metodología mixta, combinando enfoques cuantitativos y cualitativos. Se realizaron encuestas a 50 policías (25 mujeres y 25 varones) utilizando cuestionarios con escala de Likert para medir el nivel de estrés laboral y evaluar los hábitos alimentarios. El enfoque cualitativo incluyó entrevistas flash y observaciones participantes para explorar las percepciones y experiencias personales del personal policial sobre el estrés laboral y sus hábitos alimentarios. Resultados esperados: Se identificaron los factores estresantes presentes en el entorno laboral de los policías y cómo estos influyeron en sus hábitos alimentarios. Además, se buscó comprender mejor la relación entre el estrés laboral y la calidad de la alimentación de los policías. Los resultados permitieron proponer estrategias de intervención en promoción de la salud y prevención de enfermedades. Conclusión: El estudio facilitó una comprensión integral de cómo el estrés laboral afectó los hábitos alimentarios y la salud integral de los policías de la Unidad Regional Siete de la provincia de Jujuy. Estos trabajadores cumplen guardias de 24 horas y enfrentan exigencias que repercuten en su vida cotidiana y en el desempeño institucional. Se reconoce que la salud emocional constituye un eje indispensable para la dignidad laboral y que la realidad social es una construcción situada e histórica. Objetivos: El objetivo general fue analizar las condiciones psicosociales y sus efectos en la salud mental de los agentes. Los objetivos específicos se orientaron a identificar factores estructurales y organizacionales, comprender vivencias emocionales y reconocer modos de afrontamiento frente a las exigencias del trabajo penitenciario. Metodología: La investigación se sustentó en un paradigma interpretativo con enfoque cualitativo. El trabajo de campo se realizó en el Establecimiento Penitenciario N.º 7 de Alto Comedero, con una muestra de 30 agentes y 3 oficiales de turno. Se aplicaron entrevistas en profundidad, tanto individuales como colectivas, además de observación participante, lo que permitió acceder a las dimensiones subjetivas, relacionales e institucionales del fenómeno. Resultados: Los hallazgos muestran una doble dimensión. Por un lado, problemáticas que generan sufrimiento y desgaste: estrés laboral crónico, falta de recursos, violencia simbólica y ausencia de espacios de escucha institucional. Por otro, potencialidades que pueden ser fortalecidas: estrategias de afrontamiento como el humor y la solidaridad, demandas de formación en salud emocional y proyectos colectivos de autosuperación. Conclusión: De acuerdo al análisis se hizo necesario el abordaje desde la Educación para la Salud y el trabajo interdisciplinario, reconociendo que la salud mental y emocional de los agentes no es un asunto individual, sino una responsabilidad institucional y social. Promover instancias de escucha activa, acompañamiento psicológico y fortalecimiento grupal constituye un desafío impostergable para transformar la cultura penitenciaria hacia modelos más humanos, preventivos y saludables. Destacando que la Federación Rural para la Producción y el Arraigo 1 , es una organización que nuclea a productoras y productores del país, como órgano de representación gremial de las familias agricultoras que no están representadas en ninguna de las entidades agrarias existentes. En la localidad de Santa Clara esta organización si bien no cuenta con su propio espacio físico, lleva a cabo sus reuniones en la casa de la referente, de tal manera la FRPA se caracteriza por realizar contraprestaciones tales como: labor social, merendero dos veces a la semana, ferias solidarias donde los agricultores exponen sus productos a precios accesibles para que la comunidad pueda acceder a ellos. Por otro lado, es necesario mencionar que en este trabajo se plasma el proceso investigativo de la tesista, identificando y describiendo las representaciones sociales que le atribuyen los referentes familiares agricultores al contexto del trabajo infantil en la agricultura. Estas creencias asignan roles, actitudes y aspiraciones diferenciadas, condicionando oportunidades y posibilidades de desarrollo personal, educativo y laboral. Aunque dichos estereotipos pueden transformarse, a menudo en prácticas cotidianas y en instituciones clave como la familia, la escuela y el trabajo. En contextos laborales como el mercado frutihortícola de Perico, estas dinámicas se expresan con particular claridad. El mercado frutihortícola de Perico, en la provincia de Jujuy, constituye un espacio laboral central en la región. Allí, las juventudes participan principalmente en tareas manuales de repaso de mercaderías1. La división sexual del trabajo se hace visible en la asignación diferenciada de tareas: los varones se concentran en el transporte de la mercadería, mientras que las mujeres se desempeñan en la venta y la atención al cliente. Estas prácticas reproducen estereotipos de género que impactan directamente en los proyectos de vida juveniles, limitando aspiraciones y horizontes. Sin embargo, lejos de ser sujetos pasivos, los y las jóvenes despliegan estrategias de agencia que incluyen negociación, adaptación y resistencia frente a estas desigualdades. Tomo II : abordajes socioeconómicos y socioculturales Description An account of the resource Sinopsis : Entre 2021 y 2022 realizamos el Ciclo Temático Virtual de Posdoctorado (Parte II) Pensar la pandemia para comprender la sociedad: abordajes socioeconómicos y socioculturales, una iniciativa conjunta de las Secretarías de Posgrado de la Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales y la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas de la Universidad Nacional de Jujuy. Este libro reúne una selección de trabajos producidos en el marco de dicho Ciclo. El ciclo funcionó como un laboratorio de coyuntura para pensar y estudiar las transformaciones que la pandemia generó en nuestras sociedades regionales, particularmente en el contexto del noroeste argentino. A través de encuentros virtuales periódicos, investigadores e investigadoras, docentes y estudiantes de posgrado, analizaron las múltiples dimensiones de la crisis sanitaria y sus efectos en la vida social, económica y cultural de la región. En términos de continuidades y discontinuidades, un elemento común que atravesó las discusiones a lo largo del ciclo fue que la pandemia vino a agudizar la serie de desigualdades estructurales preexistentes. Estas se manifestaron principalmente en materia de ingresos económicos, donde se profundizó la brecha entre sectores sociales; en el ámbito laboral, con la precarización del empleo y la acentuación de las diferencias entre trabajo formal e informal; en la accesibilidad digital, evidenciando las disparidades en el acceso a tecnologías y conectividad necesarias para la educación virtual y el teletrabajo; y en las cuestiones de género, donde se intensificaron las desigualdades en la distribución de las tareas de cuidado y las oportunidades laborales. El ciclo permitió documentar y analizar cómo estas desigualdades, lejos de ser fenómenos aislados, se entrecruzaron y potenciaron mutuamente durante la crisis sanitaria, generando nuevas formas de vulnerabilidad social en nuestra región. Los debates compartidos en el Ciclo también pusieron de manifiesto cómo algunas comunidades desarrollaron estrategias de resistencia y adaptación frente a estas crisis superpuestas. Desde la reorganización de las economías familiares hasta la creación de nuevas redes de solidaridad barrial, estas respuestas evidenciaron la capacidad de resiliencia social, aunque también señalaron los límites y las tensiones de estas adaptaciones en un contexto de recursos escasos y desigualmente distribuidos. Aunque la Organización Mundial de la Salud haya declarado el cierre de la emergencia global, las resonancias de la pandemia siguen actuando. Este libro propone leer ese presente abierto, trazando un puente entre el viernes 20 de marzo de 2020 de inicio del aislamiento preventivo y nuestra actualidad aún plagada de preguntas pendientes.
