La salud sexual y reproductiva es un derecho que tienen las personas en la actualidad, derecho de obtener información sobre los métodos anticonceptivos, planificar la familia, elegir sistemas para regular la fecundidad y disfrutar de su sexualidad (Dapuez, 2009). La necesidad de esta Ley en los adolescentes es de gran importancia para evitar los embarazos no intencionales, abortos clandestinos, infecciones de transmisión sexual, mortalidad materna, deserción escolar entre otras problemáticas emergentes. En los últimos tiempos la salud sexual y reproductiva para los adolescentes fue trabajada desde la Educación Sexual Integral, la cual fue declarada en forma obligatoria en las escuelas, sin embargo, el aislamiento social obligatorio provoco el cierre de las instituciones educativas. Dicha institución cofradial tenía su sede en la iglesia de Omaguaca y congregaba a los pueblos de indios de San Antonio de Omaguaca y San Francisco de Paula de Uquía ubicados dentro de la jurisdicción colonial de la ciudad de San Salvador de Jujuy. Dentro de este marco espacial, nuestra investigación abarca la segunda mitad del siglo XVII. Nuestra hipótesis inicial, que luego fue modificándose con el correr de la investigación, se centra en las distintas prácticas religiosas, políticas, económicas y sociales evidenciadas en la cofradía, las cuales creíamos podían ser parte de los mecanismos utilizados por los indígenas para adaptarse al contexto colonial de dominación. Por otro lado, consideramos que las prácticas que se desarrollaron en la cofradía de indios fueron influidas por concepciones y experiencias propias de las sociedades andinas, confiriéndole así a la institución un nuevo y original rol, y demostrando su papel como sujeto activo dentro del sistema colonial impuesto. El caso de “Queta”- Cochinoca (2000-2006) Subject The topic of the resource Historia Description An account of the resource Introducción: Tanto las personas que pertenecen a las comunidades aborígenes reconocidas como tales en la Puna de Jujuy, como muchas otras cuyas familias han habitado por varias generaciones en los mismos parajes puneños, pueden afirmar que han venido reclamando a los poderes públicos por sus derechos a la posesión y dominio de sus tierras, y que estos reclamos hunden raíces en la larga duración histórica. El derecho de los puneños de raíz étnica indígena a la propiedad de las tierras que ocupan ha sido ya reconocido por convenios internacionales y, de hecho, la propia Constitución Nacional reformada en 1994 reconoce la preexistencia étnica y cultural de los pueblos indígenas en el país, habilitando la obtención de la personería jurídica de sus comunidades y la posesión y propiedad comunitarias de las tierras que tradicionalmente ocupan. Sin embargo, un número significativo de quienes esgrimen sus derechos a la tierra en la Puna, se ha manifestado a favor de la escrituración a título personal, reivindicando el “derecho”, sustentado también en la legislación y en el nuevo derecho indígena, de ser titulares “individuales” de sus terrenos. Lo mismo cabe decir respecto del filosofar escolástico y en particular, de la filosofía de Juan Duns Escoto. En esta tesis de grado, específicamente, nos propondremos la tarea de precisar el concepto de libertad (Freiheit), que Martin Heidegger despliega en su Analítica Existenciaria del Dasein de Sein und Zeit (1927) y a la misma vez, determinar el influjo que en ello pueda haber tenido el filosofar escotista, partiendo de la base de que, para algunos investigadores especializados, exista una relación intrínseca entre la tesis de habilitación (Habilitationsschrift) heideggeriana y la obra nombrada en primer término. La fijación de la noción heideggeriana de libertad (Freiheit) supondrá el desarrollo previo de un conjunto de elementos teóricos de la Analítica del Dasein vinculados directamente con la cuestión. Nos será ineludible la exposición de la idea de Dasein como Existenz -con la que Heidegger inaugura la Analítica del Dasein y que le ha valido que le achaquen el mote de existencialista ateo-, puesto que este modo de ser, así como el existenciario Verstehen (comprender), tienen un vínculo estrecho con la noción heideggeriana de posibilidad (Möglichkeit), siendo este último concepto condición sine qua non para que podamos hablar de libertad (Freiheit). Arriesgaría a decir, que quizás, sea este uno de los temas predilectos de toda su historia. Ya sea por pelearse contra ella, o por buscarla denodadamente, la verdad es una cuestión que acompaña la búsqueda filosófica desde los orígenes griegos de la misma. Sin embargo, hacia fines del siglo XIX, y por sobre todo, a comienzos del XX, la cuestión de la verdad da un vuelco radical en torno a su tratamiento. Cuando partió en el 2000, dejó dos libros publicados (un poemario y una antología) y varias colaboraciones en diarios y revistas locales y regionales. Su obra literaria en general es escasamente conocida y por ello, apenas mencionado su nombre en la crítica literaria local. Aspiramos con este trabajo reposicionar a Wayar en la escena literaria provincial y regional a partir de la exploración de sus textos publicados, entre 1986 y 1990, en el Suplemento Cultural del diario Pregón. Consideramos que esos textos son materiales iniciáticos de la microficción en Jujuy. Puntualmente, guía nuestro trabajo el objetivo de analizar los textos de las columnas “Sic, ídem, etcétera” y “Harina de otro costal” de nuestro autor, considerando los tópicos, y las estrategias de composición que configuran su escritura. A partir de la identificación de ciertas regularidades entre los microtextos, esbozamos una clasificación que esperamos sea de utilidad para los futuros lectores. Para ello tuvimos presente los aportes del análisis del discurso, de la sociología de la cultura y especialmente, las contribuciones teóricas hispanoamericanas y argentinas más significativas que problematizan la denominación del género microrrelato, sus rasgos genéricos y su relación con otros géneros literarios y no literarios. Durante la misma se trabajó con y junto a un grupo familiar en situación de vulnerabilidad social, en el que uno de sus miembros presentaba la necesidad de acceder a un trasplante de riñón para recuperar y mantener un óptimo estado de salud y una mejor calidad de vida. Para lo cual era imprescindible, en primer lugar, el cumplimiento de su derecho a una vivienda adecuada a las condiciones habitacionales que requiere una persona trasplantada. Recuperando las experiencias allí vivenciadas y realizando un proceso reflexivo con una lógica integradora, es que se intentará dar cuenta de los saberes y las competencias adquiridas y desarrolladas a través de esta instancia de formación pre-profesional específica. Los cuales se pondrán en tensión para lograr, de esta forma, un análisis crítico y fundamentado sobre la intervención realizada en el espacio institucional/organizacional referido, en el marco de la especificidad del Trabajo Social Familiar. Por último, vale mencionar que el documento que a continuación se desarrollará, cuenta con apartados que contienen las perspectivas y herramientas teórico-conceptuales que se tomaron como base, la metodología empleada, el proceso de intervención realizado, y el análisis del rol desde el Trabajo Social y el posicionamiento ético profesional, esperando transmitir a los lectores, en forma clara y precisa, el conocimiento logrado y competencias alcanzadas durante la Práctica de Trabajo Social Familiar.
