Resumen<\/h3>

Entrevista a Sergio Barbieri referida a Herm\u00f3genes Cayo y a sus apreciaci\u00f3n de la obra del santero en el marco del arte popular y de la imaginer\u00eda religiosa. Barbieri, fot\u00f3grafo y profesor de Bellas Artes, nacido en Buenos Aires en 1944, ha realizado registros exhaustivos de arte religioso del noroeste argentino. Desde hace varias d\u00e9cadas se interesa profundamente por el arte popular, en particular por el argentino. En su juventud fue asistente de direcci\u00f3n del cineasta y documentalista Jorge Prelor\u00e1n, con quien realiz\u00f3 la pel\u00edcula de cine documental Herm\u00f3genes Cayo, el imaginero de la Puna. Fue as\u00ed que en los a\u00f1os 1965-1967 conoci\u00f3 y trat\u00f3 a Herm\u00f3genes Cayo. En la entrevista se busca conocer a trav\u00e9s de los recuerdos de Barbieri, algunas caracter\u00edsticas de la vida de Cayo y de su producci\u00f3n como imaginero.<\/p>
