Descripción

The following article seeks to analyze how the epistemological nature of communication sciences is enabling to address Relevant Social Problems from a socio-technical approach, that is, trans-disciplinary. To do this, the public policies related to habitat are taken as a Relevant Social Problem and the way in which the increases in gas and electricity rates in 2016 were constituted as a matter of public interest with an epigram that transcended traditional media is analyzed. and it also proliferated on social networks: "tarifazo". This analysis is done starting from the theory of agendas and it is concluded, then, that the communication sciences must take advantage of their transdisciplinary status not only within the social sciences but also with other non-social or humanistic scientific areas, for that purpose. form to generate inputs for the design of public policies.
